In April 2008 Cryeng Pty Ltd underwent significant re-structuring with the introduction of a new management team focussed on delivering on company objectives. These include customer satisfaction through innovation, continuous improvement, and successful delivery of cryogenic equipment (storage tanks, vessels, road tankers and ISO containers); expansion of the current cryogenics business; and development of operations into the Nuclear and Oil & Gas sectors through current in-house experience.

- Most recently, Cryeng has seen the successful delivery of the first of four 300kL cryogenic vessels for the storage and distribution of LNG. This vessel has now been erected in Tasmania as part of BOC’s LNG Refuelling project requiring successful coordination and project management of services for design, fabrication and delivery. Due to the sheer size of the vessel, delivery included escorted transport, sea-transfer via barge, and removal of railway power lines.

- 3-off 185kL horizontal LIN storage tanks for Pluto LNG project in Western Australia
- A full stainless steel ISO container which conforms to AS 1210, ADR/RID (2009), IMDG (2008), CSC, ISO 1496-3 (1995), TC, TIR and Lloyd’s Register CCS.
Positive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) results reflect the safety and structural integrity of all our cryogenic tanks. Our design of a 300kL vertical cryogenic tank, 4.3m in diameter and 28m tall is able to withstand the rigorous loading conditions of seismic and cyclone events combined.
